As a team, we’ve spent our careers crafting and leveraging break-through narratives to drive victories for unions, electoral candidates, legislative advocacy, corporate pressure campaigns, and long-term organizational power. Amelia Dornbush
Co-Founder / Partner
Amelia Dornbush has specialized in political and labor communications for almost a decade. She previously worked for the United Auto Workers - International Union, the Michigan Nurses Association, and SEIU where her work helped win record setting union contracts and new organizing drives.She has also designed peer-2-peer organizing campaign strategy, leveraged micro-targeting digital advertising techniques to activate key audiences, and developed communications operations systems for multiple organizations. She currently lives in Lansing, MI.
Josh Wolfsun
Co-Founder / Partner
Josh has worked with dozens of organizations and campaigns in consulting and staff roles over the last decade. He previously designed multi-platform media campaigns that helped pass landmark $1.5 billion education equity legislation, secure nation-leading police reform legislation, and mobilize union members nationwide to vote against Donald Trump.Josh lives in Boston, where he also serves as the Organizing Fellow at Harvard Divinity School’s Religion and Public Life program.
